Our Property Managers are well trained & licensed to deal with our clients and managing your property and continually attending seminars and are briefed on the latest management techniques & legal updates. We ensure that the right tenant is chosen as quickly as possible. After a number of conversations, meetings & checking references are conducted we will then recommend to you who we think is suitable & respect what your decision will be. We will keep you up to date all the time.

Professional communication with you about your investment, regular & thorough inspections to protect your investment & prompt payment of rents to deliver a return on your investment as well as making our landlords happy. We maintain the high level of standards that ensures your investment property fulfills its potential growth and capital return.

All rental payments are to be a week in advance. If the rent falls 5days in arrears or more, you will be automatically serviced with a Notice of Termination in writing. All repairs should be reported to the Agent immediately once you are aware of the problem & they will then act as quickly as possible, subject to authorisation from the landlord. If vacating a property, 3 weeks notice in writing should be given to us on expired lease otherwise 2 weeks vacating notice before the lease expire. In the event of an after hours emergency or on public holiday which the office is closed, contact the tradespeople whose name & contact number appears on your Residential Tenancy Agreement.
